Insurance

As a service to you, Dr. Judy accepts most traditional insurance plans that allow you to choose your provider. If you are unsure of your coverage limitations please mention it while making your appointment, we will be happy to contact your insurance carrier and verify your coverage.

Our office will submit charges for services to your insurance company. We do consider the patient primarily responsible for the full amount. When payment of insurance claims is assigned to us, that portion of the fee which is payable by the patient is due at the time of service.

If payment at time of service is not possible, we will make specific financial arrangements with you. For your convenience, major credit cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.)
